Only a limited amount of personal data is stored electronically by Hutton Rudby Dramatic Society.

  • Consent for the storage of contact information for members of the Society for the purposes of communication is kept on file.
  • Photographs and video recordings of members rehearsing or performing in productions may be taken for publicity and archival purposes and may include publication on the website.
  • Consent for the taking of photographics and video recordings, which should included consent for publishing on the website, will be sought before every production. Where children are involved, consent will be obtained from the parent or guardian.

We do not store personal information on customers ordering tickets online using TicketSource. Information, including credit card data, is transferred over a secure internet connection and is stored on the TicketSource website on their secure server. Our account administrator has access to contact information to identify ticket purchasers but has no access to credit card information. No information about an individual customer, to which we have access, will ever knowingly be made available by us to third parties without the express consent of the individual.
