After many months of planning, writing, rehearsals online and quite a few postponements due to ever-changing circumstances with regards to what we were or were not legally allowed to do, our online pantomime was finally released in June 2021. Filmed in Hutton Rudby Village Hall in front of green screens during the late May bank holiday weekend, each cast member performed in their own space to maintain social distancing requirements whilst also adhering to the rule-of-six that was also a legal requirement at the time. The material was then edited together to create an online production – the 75th annual pantomime for Hutton Rudby Dramatic Society.
